Browse, customize, and purchase team merchandise with ease
What You'll Accomplish
You'll browse your club's team store, add items to your cart with personalization options, and complete a secure online purchase. By the end, you'll have ordered team merchandise and know when to collect it from your club.
Think of it as your team's online shop where you can buy swimming caps, t-shirts, equipment, and other club merchandise. Many items can be personalized with names or numbers, and everything is conveniently available through the app.
Before You Start
• The Swim Club Connect app with club access
• A credit or debit card for payment
• Names for personalization (if ordering custom items)
• Your contact details for order notifications
Make sure you have:
- Club membership: You're already a member of your swimming club
- Payment method: A valid credit or debit card
- Personalization details: Names, numbers, or text you want added to items
- Collection plan: Know when you can collect items from your club
Browsing and Adding Items to Your Cart
Access the Club Store
Navigate to your club's online merchandise store.
- Open the Swim Club Connect app
- From the main menu or home screen, look for Club Store
- Tap to enter the store
- You'll see all available items displayed in a grid
If you don't see the Club Store option, your club may not have set up merchandise yet, or the store might be temporarily closed. Contact your club administrator for details.
Browse Available Items
Explore the merchandise your club offers.
- Scroll through the available items
- Each item shows:
- Item photo (if available)
- Name and description
- Base price
- Personalization options (if available)
- Tap on any item to see more details

Add swimmer's name to the back of the cap
Add Personalization (Optional)
Customize items with names, numbers, or special text.
- Look for items showing "Personalization Available"
- If you want personalization, enter the text in the provided field
- Follow any guidelines (like character limits or formatting)
- See the price update to include personalization costs
- Leave blank if you don't want personalization
Enter swimmer's name for the back of the cap (15 characters max)
• Use first initial and last name for caps (e.g., "J. SMITH")
• Check spelling carefully - personalized items usually can't be returned
• Consider how the text will look in the space available
• Some items have different personalization locations (front, back, sleeve)
Set Quantity and Add to Cart
Choose how many of each item you want and add them to your cart.
- Use the + and - buttons to set the quantity you want
- See the total price update as you change quantities
- Tap Add to Cart to add the item
- You'll see a confirmation and your cart count will update
- Continue shopping or proceed to checkout
If you want the same item with different names (like caps for different children), add them separately. Set the personalization and quantity for the first child, add to cart, then repeat for the next child.
Review Your Cart
Check what you've added and make any adjustments.
- Look for the cart icon (usually showing a number of items)
- Tap the cart to see your items
- Review each item, quantity, and personalization
- Remove items you don't want by tapping the X or setting quantity to 0
- Make sure all names and personalization are spelled correctly
Checkout and Payment Process
Start Checkout
Begin the secure payment process for your order.
- From your cart, tap Proceed to Checkout
- You'll be taken to the checkout page
- Review your order summary one more time
Enter Your Details
Provide your contact information for the order.
- Your name and email will likely be pre-filled from your account
- Add or confirm your phone number
- Double-check that your email is correct for order confirmations
- Tap Next to continue

Confirm all items and pricing before payment.
- Check each item, quantity, and personalization details
- Review the pricing breakdown
- Note any delivery or collection instructions
- Make sure everything is correct before proceeding
Order Summary
Complete Payment
Pay securely using your credit or debit card.
- You'll be taken to a secure Stripe payment page
- Enter your card details:
- Card number
- Expiry date (MM/YY)
- Security code (CVC)
- Cardholder name
- The final amount may include payment processing fees
- Tap Pay Now to complete your purchase
A small fee is added based on your card type (usually 1.7% for Australian cards, 3.5% for international cards). The exact amount is shown before you confirm payment.
Order Confirmation
Your order is complete and being processed.
- You'll see a confirmation screen with your order details
- A confirmation email will be sent to your email address
- Your order ID will be shown (save this for your records)
- You'll see collection information from your club
Your team merchandise has been ordered successfully! You'll receive an email confirmation, and your club will notify you when items are ready for collection.
Viewing Your Order History
Keep track of all your club store purchases and their status.
Access Order History
Find your past and current orders.
- In the app, go to Settings
- Look for Order History or Purchase History
- You'll see a list of all your club store orders
Review Order Details
Check the status and details of any order.
- Tap on any order to see full details
