What You'll Accomplish
You'll learn how to view all your family's swimming club transactions, including season registrations and store purchases. You'll be able to download receipts, check payment status, and get help with any payment issues - all in one convenient place.
Your payment history shows everything: season registrations for your swimmers, club store purchases, optional items bought during registration, and all payment details. Think of it as your complete swimming club financial record.
Before You Start
• The Swim Club Connect app with your account logged in
• Previous registrations or purchases to view
• Your email address for receipt downloads
• Order/registration IDs if you need specific transaction help
This section helps you:
- View all transactions: Both registrations and store purchases in one place
- Download receipts: For tax purposes, employer reimbursement, or records
- Check payment status: See if payments are pending, completed, or failed
- Get transaction details: Review what was purchased and when
- Contact support: Get help with specific payment issues
Viewing Your Payment History
Access Your Payment History
Find all your swimming club financial transactions in one place.
- Open the Swim Club Connect app
- Go to Settings at the bottom of the screen
- Look for Payment History or My Transactions
- Tap to view your complete transaction history
If you don't see this option, you might not have made any payments yet, or this feature may still be rolling out. Contact support if you've made payments but can't access your history.
Understanding Your Transaction List
Learn what information is shown for each payment.
- Transactions are listed with the most recent first
- Each transaction shows:
- Transaction type (Registration or Store Purchase)
- Date and amount
- Payment status
- Brief description
- Use different icons to quickly identify transaction types
Filter and Search Your Transactions
Find specific payments quickly using filters and search.
- Use the filter options to narrow down your view
- Filter by:
- Transaction type (Registration, Store, All)
- Date range (This year, Last 6 months, Custom)
- Payment status (Completed, Pending, Failed)
- Specific swimmer (if registrations)
- Use the search box to find specific transactions
- Clear filters to see everything again
Filter Your Transactions
View Summary Statistics
See overall spending and transaction summaries.
- At the top of your history, you'll see summary statistics
- View totals for:
- Total spent this year
- Number of transactions
- Active registrations
- Recent purchases
- Use this for budgeting and expense tracking

View Complete Transaction Details
Get comprehensive information about any payment.
- Tap on any transaction in your history list
- You'll see a detailed breakdown including:
- Complete payment breakdown
- Items purchased or swimmers registered
- Payment method used
- Transaction ID and reference numbers
- Processing fees and taxes
- This page also shows available actions like downloading receipts
Registration Transaction Details
See everything about your season registrations.
- Registration details include:
- Which swimmers were registered
- Season period and membership type
- Base registration costs
- Any additional items purchased
- Platform fees and total amount
- You can also see the registration status for each swimmer
Store Purchase Details
Review club store orders and items purchased.
- Store purchase details show:
- Each item purchased with quantities
- Personalization details (names, numbers)
- Individual and total prices
- Collection status and instructions
- You can track whether items are ready for collection
Understanding Payment Status
Learn what different payment statuses mean and what to do.
- Completed: Payment successful, registration/order active
- Pending: Payment being processed, usually resolves within 24 hours
- Failed: Payment unsuccessful, may need to retry or contact support
- Refunded: Payment was returned to your card
If you see a failed payment, this might be due to insufficient funds, an expired card, or a temporary bank issue. You can try paying again or contact support for help resolving the issue.
Receipts and Downloads
Download Individual Receipts
Get PDF receipts for any transaction for your records.
- From any transaction detail page, look for Download Receipt
- Tap to generate and download a PDF receipt
- The receipt includes:
- Your club's official details
- Complete transaction breakdown
- Payment method and date
- Transaction reference numbers
- Save to your phone or email to yourself
